Pete, a younger orphan, runs away to a Maine fishing town with his easiest pal a lovable, sometimes invisible dragon named Elliott! When they are taken in by means of a kind lighthouse keeper, Nora, and her father, Elliott's prank enjoying lands them in big trouble. Then, while crooked salesmen attempt to capture Elliott for their personal gain, Pete should attempt a daring rescue.
